Very much looking forward to welcoming you all back for another year on your individual journeys, supported with kindness & companionship.

Melanie is away for Tuesday 28th October & Tuesday 4th November but there will be no respite or slacking with your physio, you will be working on your individual regimes ably supported by the Volunteers.

Please would members comply with the recent notice to put your mobiles away from 11.45am onwards.....this is to enable everyone to focus on rehab, socialisation & conversation.
