Meet between 10.30 & 11am, no earlier please, in the Café for a drink & chat, followed by time for shopping before lunch, menu to follow. once food choices submitted to Hillier they CANNOT BE CHANGED.

Please bring spending money. This is an outing for Members & Volunteers only.

Please let Sarah know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Please also let Sarah know when you are leaving to enable us to account for everyone at the end of the day.
